Hey, there. :) I've created this site to hopefully assist you or your loved one in their troubles. This information includes tips and helpful exercises. I urge you to call and schedule an appointment with a professional- be that a therapist, a gn, a doctor, etc. Please, remember that I am not a licensed professional. I only seek to help ease your pain. There is at least one person who has gone through your situation and pushed through. :) Please remember to breathe, it's okay to cry, and you're never alone.
